Job description:

Planning work.

Acting as the focal point to receive and manage information on design documents, price approvals, and contracts from the Construction Board and distribute information to members of the Construction Committee.
Drafting, examining and submitting to sign economic contracts within the scope and responsibility of the Executive Board.
Prepare bidding documents for construction items, items of supply of materials needed for construction work within the scope of responsibility of the Department of Public Relations.
Make weekly payment plan for the contractor/construction team and send it to the Construction Department and the Finance Committee.

Project monitoring and management.

Participating in the acceptance of work, acceptance of input materials for contractors/construction teams.
Guide the work of making quality management documents of contractors/construction teams.
Manage, inspect, urge and coordinate with contractors/construction teams to complete quality management documents for works on a daily and weekly basis.
Manage, monitor and confirm payment and settlement records of contractors/suppliers/construction teams that have been accepted and accepted by the CHOC Board.

Request:

Graduated from university: Major in construction of universities of construction, architecture...
Proficient in using office software Word, excel, autocad, project,...
Skill in planning, record keeping, organization and supervision of work.
Analytical, synthesis and reporting skills.
Good communication skill.
