Job description:

Planning work

Set up the construction schedule
Drafting, checking and submitting to sign economic contracts within the scope and responsibilities of the Construction Department.
Prepare bidding documents for construction items, items of supply of materials and materials needed for construction work within the scope of responsibility of the department.

Monitoring construction management

Conduct weekly site inspections on construction work, including quality and construction progress. Compliance with construction measures, labor safety measures, management of volume, quality, materials and materials put into use in the work.
Controlling the volume of work performed, the volume of materials and equipment on the construction site to meet the construction progress and payment to the contractor.
Participating in the acceptance test to complete the work items, take over and put them into use under the direction of superiors.
Coordinating with BP CHCT to perform the payment and settlement of contracts.
Coordinating to solve difficulties and unusual incidents during construction at the site.

Perform other tasks

Request:

Graduated from university: Major in construction of universities of construction, architecture...
Proficient in using office software Word, excel, autocad, project,...
At least 3 years of experience in construction field.
Planning, record keeping, analysis, synthesis, and reporting skills
Organizational and supervisory skills.
Good communication skill.
Knowledge of construction materials and supplies is an advantage.
