Accounting Specialist (Construction)

Job description:

Performing accounting tasks:

• Make a list, object, fee code, etc. according to the approved proposal
• Set up cost collection object by project item;
• Monitor contracts and documents as they arise;
• Schedule payments and track payments;
• Summarize VAT and compare with the unit and declare or interact with the unit to declare, clear and refund tax according to regulations.

Check/Monitor:

• Checking payment records, making payment requests from own sources, disbursing disbursements, checking components of payment records, debts...
• Checking arising documents related to construction costs, performing debt reconciliation, calculating interest, closing debt data monthly to ensure that all records are complete and complete;

Support to gather documents, documents to prove own capital, contact the unit to prepare documents at the request of the Head of Construction Accounting Department.

Summarize reported data and explain reports (if any).

Receive project limit, loan application, carry out registration procedures to monitor expenses and refund tax work.

Request:

• Experience: 05 years or more experience in accounting related positions
• Bachelor of Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance
• Have good skills in communication, presentation, explanation, problem solving, decision making.
• Completing office computer skills (Mastering word processing skills, data processing skills on excel, PP and presentation skills)
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as accountants in companies in the field of construction and construction.
