Electromechanical technician

Job description:

Construction supervision.

- Directly inspect, monitor and evaluate the construction process of M&E systems at the site, and update information in the daily work diary.

- Remind and suspend construction when detecting violations of the process, technical regulations, quality and safety of the works according to the approved design and measures.

- To act as the focal point to solve arising problems of the electromechanical system in actual construction on the construction site.

- Project management follow-up.

- Periodic/irregular inspection of construction work of contractors/construction teams based on approved designs, technical instructions and construction methods.

- Detecting shortcomings in design documents and organizing construction on site, warning potential risks (if any).

- Check the instructions for making quality management documents of the contractors / construction teams of the M&E system.

- Confirm that the volume and items that have been checked and accepted meet the quality standards of the units in charge.

-Participate in the formulation, appraisal/approval of construction methods, technical design of works. Studying the design of the electromechanical systems of the projects assigned to monitor and monitor, detect errors, exist and propose amendments and supplements.

Request:

- Graduated from university: Major in construction of universities of construction, architecture...

- At least 3 years of experience in the field of supervision and construction of electromechanical systems.

- Proficient in using office software Word, excel, autocad, project,...

- Skill in planning, record keeping, organization and supervision of work.

- Analytical, synthesis and reporting skills.

- Good communication skill
