After one month of the policy's approval, Hoa Binh Minh Group's internal magazine MOTION was formally launched on May 14.

Employees have enthusiastically embraced issue No. 01's theme of "Culture of Behavior - The glue of the firm," continuing a number of internal initiatives to instill corporate culture throughout the entire Hoa Binh Minh system. Previously, in April, more than 4,000 workers took part in the thrilling and meaningful "I love Hoa Binh Minh" contest to learn about history and culture.

Promoting company culture is identified as a key task of Hoa Binh Minh and will be promoted in 2022. In any case, in addition to the core values, the culture of behavior represents the essence of corporate culture.

The goal of MOTION, according to the editorial board of the internal magazine, is to bring people closer together not only in their professional but also in their personal lives by providing a written language forum. MOTION was created under the guiding principle that "together exchange, share, build and experience; everything revolves around the work and life of each member of Hoa Binh Minh."
