Last October 26 - 27, 2022, at the Hanoi Office, Hoa Binh Minh Group organized a training program "DEVELOPING MANAGEMENT CAPACITY" for 40 managers and resource officers of the Group Office, Office of Automobile Company and Hyundai Ha Dong Agent.

The series of training programs "DEVELOPING MANAGEMENT CAPACITY" under the Project of improving the capacity of Hoa Binh Minh human resources in 2022 with the participation of more than 300 managers in the system of Hoa Binh Minh Group across the country, held in Viet Tri, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Yen Bai and Hanoi areas.

The objective of the training program is to help the management team to re-systemize the knowledge, thinking and basic management methods; clearly understand how to organize and control work effectively according to OKRs, PDCA cycle; The art and methods of effective human resource leadership, helping to change the mindset (Mindset) from a habitual manager to a professional and scientific manager.

Speaking at the opening of the training program, Mr. Bui Quang Minh - Deputy General Director of the Group shared the orientations and goals of the Group Office, the Office of the Automobile Company in the coming time with the desire that the management staff promotes the role of system design, planning and deploying to member companies in a key and effective way. Each manager is constantly learning, actively improving capacity, closely working with each member unit and promoting the advisory role for the Group's Board of Directors.

Through 02 days of learning, lecturer Phan Son - CEO of HRD Academy led students from theory to practical experience stories with 03 main contents:

2. Lead the team to action & execute the effective direction
3. Develop effective people leadership capabilities

The students participated with lively spirit and active discussion; after the course, each individual will develop specific action plans to be able to apply the knowledge in daily work, help improve work performance and lead the team successfully.

Summarizing the training program, Mr. Bui Minh Luc - General Director of Hoa Binh Minh Group shared the story of the Group's development journey, lessons in human resource management and business administration. The General Director wishes that the trainees participating in the training program need to quickly transform the learned knowledge into action, constantly better meet the requirements of Hoa Binh Minh Group in the face of new opportunities and challenges.
