KICKSTARTING THE PROJECT OF CREATING A DIGITAL WORKING ENVIRONMENT ON BASE PLATFORM

 

On the occasion of National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, Hoa Binh Minh Group officially Kickstarted the Project of Creating a Digital Working Environment on the Base platform. The event was attended by Chairman/General Director Bui Minh Luc and Deputy General Director Bui Quang Minh, Deputy General Director Ho Hai An and all managers of the Group Office and Automobile Company.

According to Deputy General Director Bui Quang Minh, the goal of the kick-off session was to show the determination of the Board of Directors, to help managers understand Base and why to implement this software. Base will be implemented in 3 phases. Phase 1 is 100% applied at the Group Office, key departments of Hyundai Motor Company and Ha Dong Hyundai Agent. In this phase, 6 modules will be operated, including Base Wework, Base Request, Base Booking, Base Meeting, Base Office, Base Workflow and can deploy Base E-Hiring; Phase 2 will be deployed at brick and steel units; Phase 3 will deploy the Motorcycle Company system.

“Joining hands to build a digital workspace - Digital Work Space will help all work flows smoothly and will not be affected by geographical distance” - Mr. Trinh Ngoc Bao - Operation Director and Co-Founder of Base Enterprise shared at the kickstart.

Speaking at the event, Chairman/General Director Bui Minh Luc shared that over the years, the Government and local departments have actively transformed to keep up with regional and world economic integration. In the process of restructuring, Hoa Binh Minh has implemented many improvements in human resources and corporate governance, but the speed of implementation is still slow because the support department has not kept up with the development speed. We hope that the consulting and transfer unit will have the highest concentration to help departments of the Group Office regularly update the latest information and plans of the management department on the Base platform. Hope all staffs focus and grasp the basic contents, timely update to perform well according to their assigned functions and tasks and support the Group's units to quickly update digital transformation and reduce paperwork and waiting times due to geographical distance.

Digital transformation to apply technology to life is inevitable. However, digital transformation is a process that takes time to experience and operate. The success of the Project will depend on the initiative and change in working habits of each employee. The Board of Directors, the Project Board and the managers were determined to successfully implement the creation of a digital working environment according to the proposed roadmap for early application throughout the Hoa Binh Minh system.
