The Group continues to restructure and arrange models, organizational charts, and apply digital transformation into management and administration according to systems and goals; builds a healthy and safe working environment and culture; increases leadership capacity of management and executive levels in order to improve labor productivity and operational quality, ensure business efficiency, stabilize jobs, and increase incomes for employees; fulfills responsibilities to the State and actively participates in social activities. Aside from volunteer work, Hoa Binh Minh is one of the businesses that has made a beneficial contribution to the government's and localities' prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic in recent years.

The conference was split into three parts: an online ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Viet Tri office building; the Planning Board's final report for 2021; and a ceremony honoring the typical units, collectives, and individuals in 2021.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lan - Deputy General Director, Director of Steel Company, Head of the Management Board of Viet Tri office building, the opening event of Viet Tri office building was an important and meaningful event that marked the beginning of the acceleration plan 2022 - 2025 of the Group as well as its member units. After about 09 months of implementing the construction with determination, “the employees in Phu Tho and Vinh Phuc have owned the most modern office building in the Northwest of Vietnam, bearing the name Hoa Binh Minh, with the image of a young and dynamic corporation, in the middle of the sacred land of Vietnam.”

The centralized working group model is exemplified by the Viet Tri office building. A modern working environment with modern architecture has been shared by the area's member companies. This spacious and comfortable place promises to bring employees of all categories a dynamic working environment, catching the common breath of digital transformation with tools to support labor productivity optimization.

Business results of 2021

According to the report of Mr. Ho Hai An - Head of the Planning Board, in 2021 all categories were heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In detail, the motorcycle market declined 10%, cars declined 20%, bricks had a negative growth, steel and cement alone had a growth rate of more than 20%.

As for Hoa Binh Minh Group, thanks to the close and strategic direction of the Board of Directors, the Group's business results still grew in revenue. In the financial business field, Hoa Binh Minh was one of the successful enterprises in this field in a difficult year of the market economy. Despite the fact that the categories did not meet the plan due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Government's lockdown policy, compared to 2020, the automobile category still grew by 13%, wholesale of motorcycles increased by 13%, and tiles increased by 5%.

The pandemic is expected to be under control by March 2022, thanks to the Government's relaxation of monetary policy and a stimulus package of 350,000 billion VND, which will help the categories regain development momentum. According to Mr. Ho Hai An, the plan of Hoa Binh Minh Group in 2022 is that the revenue will increase by 30% in the automobile category, 21% in the motorcycle category, 8% in the cement category, 89% in the steel category, and 52% in the brick category. The Group's total revenue will increase by 37% compared to 2021, which means that the Group's revenue will surpass the milestone of over 1 billion USD with a large contribution from the steel, automobile and motorcycle categories.

Then, through the broadcasts, leaders of 06 member units made statements about business results in 2021, received and committed to business targets in 2022.

The 2021 Review Conference honored 25 business units, 21 collectives, and 497 individuals. Because of the pandemic and the categories' wide dissemination across the country, some groups and individuals received merit certificates at the Conference. The awards for collectives and individuals within the units will be directly awarded by the units.

The plan in 2022 is that the automobile category will open at least 5 dealerships - Vinfast Binh Phuoc, Hyundai Ha Nam, Mitsubishi Bac Giang, Toyota Yen Bai and Mitsubishi Bien Hoa.

The Conference on Reviewing 2021 and Deploying Business Tasks in 2022 was a success, with the member units agreeing to implement their business goals in 2022.

2021 - A rough year has gone, and a new spring is on the way, full of prospects and challenges.
