On June 30, 2022, Hoa Binh Minh Ha Nam Automobile Trading and Service Joint Stock Company (a member of Hoa Binh Minh Group) held the Opening Ceremony of 3S Hyundai Ha Nam Dealership at 16 Le Duan street, Liem Chinh ward, Phu Ly city.

The opening ceremony of 3S Hyundai Ha Nam dealership was attended by the central ministries, departments of Ha Nam province, Phu Ly city, representatives of the Party Committee, the People's Committee of Liem Chinh ward, representatives of the business association of Ha Nam province, representatives of the Hanoi Young Business Association, businesses, agents, partners, and clients of Hoa Binh Minh Group, representatives from banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers from around the nation, representatives from several divisions of the Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Joint Stock Company, investors, Board of Directors of Northern Hyundai Dealerships, businesses, builders, architects, and equipment suppliers for Hyundai Ha Nam, representatives from Tran Xa village, Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Nguyen Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, journalists from newspapers, radio stations, and other media outlets, directors of regional offices, member units and employees of Hoa Binh Minh Group.

Since 2010, Hoa Binh Minh Group has been a licensed distributor of Hyundai vehicles of Hyundai Thanh Cong as Hyundai Ha Dong dealership, and then as Hyundai Viet Tri dealership starting in 2013.

According to Mr. Bui Quang Minh, Deputy General Director of Hoa Binh Minh Group and General Director of Hyundai Ha Nam, through the process of evaluating the capacity of distributors, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam selected Hoa Binh Minh Ha Nam Automobile Trading and Service Joint Stock Company as a partner for the development of Hyundai Ha Nam, the official retail distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Ha Nam province.

Ha Nam Department of Construction issued a building permission for 3S Hyundai Ha Nam Dealership project in October 2021. However, the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the construction process, making it highly challenging, halted, and paused. But after more than 10 months, the dealership has been approved by Hyundai Thanh Cong after working with contractors, partners, and local organizations to fulfill Hyundai standards globally.

The General Director of Hyundai Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu, extended the Hoa Binh Minh Group his best wishes. He claims that HTV has named Ha Nam as one of the important markets. HTV has agreed to let Hoa Minh Ha Nam Automobile Trading and Service Joint Stock Company become the investor of Hyundai Ha Nam after going through numerous rounds of impartial review.

Despite the general market challenges brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, according to Nguyen Anh Tu, the Hyundai brand managed to sell a total of 70,518 vehicles in 2021, making it to the top of the Vietnamese auto market for three years running.

Mr. Truong Quoc Bao, a member of the Provincial Party Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and the head of the Phu Ly City People's Committee, expressed his congratulations to 3S Hyundai Ha Nam dealership. Mr. Truong Quoc Bao is confident that 3S Hyundai Ha Nam Dealership will keep enhancing Hyundai's reputation in Vietnam.
