M & E Engineer

Job description:

• Design drawing control; coordinate with other departments, interact with the Design Consultant Unit to complete the design drawings of ME items according to the work requirements and progress;
• Design the content of the surface, water supply and drainage of some civil works and items (The company does not hire design consultants);
• Check, review and interact with the Design Consultant to complete the design estimates and construction drawings;

• Making total investment of ME items according to each design stage;
• Prepare bid documents for construction items, purchase and sell ME items according to progress (Uploading work content; Dissection of volume, cost estimate,...);
• Synthesize, compare, analyze, participate in the negotiation process to select the construction unit, the supplier of ME items;
• Contract work, advance payment, settlement of construction contracts; provide ME items;
• Controlling shopdrawing construction drawings; coordinate with the BCH to confirm the Construction Drawings;
• Participating in the pre-acceptance test and acceptance of the completion of work items as required;

Request:

• Graduated from University: Major in Electrical System
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, excel, autocad, G8 estimation, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision and management.
• and make a record of payment and settlement of the system
• Skill in planning, record keeping, organizational and supervisory skills.
• Analytical, synthesis and reporting skills.
• Good communication skill.
