Mô tả công việc:

• Coordinating specialized departments to work on concept ideas for projects;
• Deploying 3D renderings of Interior and Exterior works;
• Participating in checking basic design documents, technical design, construction drawing design for the part of Architecture, civil and industrial works deployed by the design consultancy unit;
• Participating in the design of architectural work items for works that do not hire design consultants;
• Participating in handling problems arising, adjusting the design during the construction process.

Job description:

• Graduated: Majoring in Civil Architecture from the University of Construction, University of Architecture...
• Proficient in using 3D software (SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, ...), rendering (Photoshop) and 2D (Autocad...)
• Experience: 3-5 years in the field of visualization for civil construction projects such as urban areas, hotels, offices, apartments, resorts, ...
• Skill in task management, time, management and implementation of many projects at the same time.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
