Hoa Binh Minh evaluated the Group's development acceleration phase in 2019-2020, as well as restructuring to prepare for the period of sustainable development 2021-2025. Hoa Binh Minh Group chose OCD Consulting Company to carry out the project "Restructuring human resources in the building material category" for Hoa Binh Minh Steel Company and Ceramic Tile Company, in addition to signing a contract to deploy SAP S/4 HANA as an important activity in the overall restructuring program. The project is divided into three stages:

• Stage I: Conduct a survey and evaluation of the Hoa Binh Minh Group's current operations.
• Stage II: Establish the Hoa Binh Minh Group's high-level organizational structure and decentralizing the Group's and member companies' management. For Steel Company and Ceramic Tile Company, create an organizational structure and standardize functions and titles.
• Stage III: Conduct strategic staffing, standardize internal working processé, develop a work results management system, build a capacity management system & a first 2 year training plan, build 3Ps salary system for Steel Company and Ceramic Tile Company

During the implementation of the project, Hoa Binh Minh Group studied the application of digiiMS software of OOC Technology Solution Joint Stock Company - a member company of OCD Management Consulting Joint Stock Company in the management including the applications:

• digiiOST designing organizational structure (allocating functions and building job descriptions on the system)
• digiiKPI evaluating performance (implementing and monitoring the KPI system in practice)
• digiiCAT evaluating capacity (assessing human capacity on a large scale, quickly, with a timely and complete reporting system to meet management needs)

The two sides have reached common ground on project implementation approaches and are committed to working together.

With unremitting efforts and long-term vision orientation, Hoa Binh Minh Group expects that the project "Restructuring human resources in the building material category" will bring solid stability to the management system and strongly develop high-quality human resources, resulting in the building material category growing strongly and contributing to Hoa Binh Minh Group's sustainable development.
