Job description:

Organize and manage the activities of the Legal Department;
Legal advice, advice to the Board of Directors, the Board of General Directors and the Head/Deputy Head of the Technical Office of the Representative Office;
Research, analyze, warn of legal risks and propose solutions to overcome in investment, construction and business activities of the Group;
Representing the Group to protect the legal interests of the Group according to the arising cases;
Review and plan the legal entities of the Group according to the organizational model.

Request:

Having a practicing certificate as a lawyer;
Good English; priority to use legal English;
In-depth understanding and solid legal knowledge on Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Business Law, Securities Law, ...
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at Units with over 1000 employees;
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in participating in court proceedings at all levels; has experience working in enterprises in the field of construction, real estate investors, finance, commerce, listed companies.
Good negotiation and communication skills; Logical legal thinking; Critical thinking;
