Head of Basic Construction Department

Job description:

• Implement procedures for applying for construction permits according to regulations;
• Control, manage the implementation of design work, make project estimates;
• Manage and approve shopdrawing drawings;
• Split bid packages, bid packages, participate in evaluation, negotiation and selection of contractors;
• Management of supply and use of materials in the works;
• Approve dossiers of advance, payment and settlement of works;
• Approve the construction implementation plan, construction progress;
• Inspect and supervise the implementation of construction according to the plan and schedule;
• Manage & participate in the acceptance test of works according to the process and regulations
• Supervision and monitoring of construction warranty work

Request:

• University degree or above majoring in civil engineering, architecture, ....
• 5 years or more in project management, construction management, construction,...
• Synthetic and analytical thinking; presentation skills.
• Manage and supervise personnel performing work.
• Solve problems and make good decisions
• Long-term association with the business;
• Ensure confidentiality of business information;
