On July 17-18, 2022, at Flamingo Dai Lai Resort Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh Minh Group organized the program “Mindfulness Transformation Leadership” for the Board of Directors of the Group. and more than 30 key managers of Hoa Binh Minh Group.

Mindfulness Transformation Leadership for leaders of Hoa Binh Minh Group is a course that equips the leadership team with an overview of Leadership capacity with some models/tools to be able to help each person look back and jointly assess the causes of failures/successes at work, is the career path to transform negative emotions, thereby building values, Future Leadership energy.

The course is both theoretical and practical, exchanging the experiences of the lecturers and the students themselves with 80% of the time of practical exchange.

Through 02 days of learning, lecturer Nguyen Minh Nguyen - CEO of ALB has led the Leaders to experience many emotions through Lessons from Failure - Career Journey, Success and Building Energy New, New Future.

Speaking at the programme, General Director Bui Minh Luc shared Hoa Binh Minh Group's 2025 targets and wished that the Group's key leaders would constantly improve their leadership capacity and perform well.
